🐾 The Club Pug Rescue Fund

Half of everything Club Pug earns above its costs goes to pug rescue.

That's the deal we've made with ourselves — and with you. Club Pug exists because we love pugs, and the pugs who need help most are the ones waiting in rescue. So as this little club grows, rescue grows with it.

How it works

Every dollar Club Pug earns — Pug Patron memberships, affiliate partners, merch — flows through the same simple waterfall:

1. Costs first. Keeping the lights on: our website hosting, the prizes and postage for member drawings and contests, and payment fees.
2. A small reserve. We keep one quarter's worth of costs set aside, so a quiet month never means a missed prize or a broken promise.
3. The split. Whatever's left is split 50/50 — half is donated to pug rescue, and half stays in Club Pug as a growth fund, so next quarter's donation can be bigger than this one.

Donations are made quarterly. If a quarter's donation would be under $50, it rolls forward into the next quarter — we'd rather send one meaningful check than a handful of tiny ones.

Where the money goes

Our rescue partners will be announced here before our first donation goes out. Every donation will be listed on this page: the rescue's name, the amount, the date, and the thank-you or receipt. No vague promises — if we say it went to rescue, you'll be able to see it here.
